1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of nexvrapower.com and your purchase of products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Payment Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Store Platform

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. Your use of certain Shopify features may also be subject to Shopify's terms and privacy notices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your state or jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.

4. Product Information and Compatibility

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors, finishes, packaging, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, production updates, or photography. Wireless charging performance can vary based on device model, charging standard, software, alignment, case thickness, ambient temperature, and power adapter. Review the product page and your device requirements before purchase.

References to Apple, iPhone, AirPods, Apple Watch, MagSafe, Qi, Qi2, or other third-party names are used only to describe compatibility or standards. Unless expressly stated, Nexvra Power products are not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by those third parties.

5. Safe Product Use

Use products only as instructed and with compatible devices, cables, and power adapters. Keep charging equipment dry and away from damaged cables, excessive heat, foreign metal objects, and unsafe surfaces. Stop use if a product is damaged, emits an unusual odor, or appears to overheat. Do not disassemble or repair a product unless authorized. Normal warmth during charging may occur. Product-specific instructions and warnings control where they are more specific.

6. Prices, Availability, and Corrections

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct typographical, pricing, description, inventory, or checkout errors and may update information without prior notice. If an error materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where required.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may limit quantities, request verification, reject, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory shortage, pricing or description error, prohibited resale, shipping restriction, or other lawful reason. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

8. Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are handled under our Payment Policy. Your issuer or wallet provider may impose separate terms, holds, conversion charges, or fees.

9. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Returns, cancellation requests, eligibility, return shipping, inspections, exchanges, and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under the account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the site or customers.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, submit false information, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or harvest data without permission, reverse engineer protected site features, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use automated means that unreasonably burden the service.

If you submit a review, photo, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person's privacy or intellectual property. You grant nexvrapower.com a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use the content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content but are not required to do so.

This section does not apply to claims caused by nexvrapower.com own violation of law or wrongful conduct.

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, transportation shortages, governmental actions, public-health events, utility or network failures, or supplier disruptions. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
